Yes – all our Garden Rooms are fully insulated and are designed to withstand the great British weather and will be just as inviting as your own home, no matter the season.

We can provide larger decking areas

Can you design my Garden Room as a custom shape?

Yes, we can.

Can I have dividing walls / separate rooms?

Yes

Do your Garden Rooms come with a guarantee? 

All Garden Rooms come with a 10-year structural guarantee, 20 years for EPDM rubber roofing, manufacturers guarantee for doors and windows.

 

What type of foundation dose the Garden Rooms have?

Our buildings are built on ground screws.

How much will it cost?

All of our Garden Rooms are bespoke and is difficult to put a price on it.

Do I need to get planning permission?

Planning permission is not normally required as our buildings fall under permitted development (built under 2.5m high externally).
